Consultation Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 48+ Hours in Advance
75% RefundIf you cancel your consultation 48 or more hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a 75% refund of the consultation fee. The remaining 25% covers administrative and preparation costs.
Cancellation 24–48 Hours in Advance
50% RefundCancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a 50% refund. Shironjhib ji will have already begun preparation work for your session.
Cancellation Less than 24 Hours
No RefundNo refund is provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. At this stage, significant preparation has been completed.
No-Show
No RefundIf you do not appear for a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued. However, we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time rescheduling.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand life can be unpredictable. We offer the following rescheduling options:
- One free rescheduling allowed per booking, with at least 24 hours advance notice
- Second rescheduling: ₹200 administrative fee
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or phone call
- New appointment subject to availability

Special Circumstances
In certain exceptional situations, we may offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation) preventing client attendance
- Death in the immediate family of the client
- Technical failure on our end preventing the consultation from taking place
- Natural disasters or government-mandated restrictions

Verification
We will verify your booking details and the timing of your cancellation request.
Approval
Refund approval is confirmed within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
